TitanMen Launches iPad-Optimized On-Demand Site

SAN FRANCISCO — TitanMen.com has launched a fully optimized iPad version of its on-demand website.

The company said the site is the first fully iPad-optimized on-demand website from a major gay studio.

“We are very proud to be the first major gay adult studio to launch a fully-optimized on-demand website for the iPad,” said Bruce Cam, president of Titan Media.

“The site is not a dumbed-down mobile phone version but a full-screen version of our standard internet site optimized specifically for the iPad. Members get full-screen, high-resolution streaming of all our award-winning content with no upcharge.”

The company said the site automatically detects iPad/tablet users and serves them a fully iPad-compatible version of the TitanMen on-demand website.

There is no upcharge, current members get full access to both the standard desktop and iPad/tablet versions of the website.

“TitanMen has always felt it was important to take our content to where our customers are, and our customers on are on the iPad,” said Keith Webb, vice president of Titan Media.

“The TitanMen customer has always been on the cutting edge of new technology, whether it was DVD, Blu-ray or now the iPad. We have always given our high-end consumer the very latest way to enjoy our content.”

The TitanMen iPad site serves up streaming video on-demand via an HTML5 player that is compatible with iPad’s native Safari browser and other tablet-type devices that support the new HTML5 standards.

The company also said TitanMen’s fully-optimized version of the site for iPhone and Android is coming soon.
